  • Status: SOLD

Rocks from Lake Tai are eroded by wave action and carbonic acid, formed by carbon dioxide in the water. This example displays many anthropomorphic elements - human figure, face, butterfly, etc. On a carved stand, the height with base is 15 inches.

Swiss-born, New York-based multi-media artist Ugo Rondinone exhibited large concrete blow-ups of Lake Tai rocks at the Frieze Art Fair, London, 2008
